I Give You

What are you willing to give for the one you love?

I give you my infatuation, I give you my avidity

For whenever you want something to live

I give you my susurrations, I give you my calidity

For whenever you want something to perceive

For Him, I’d Chisel My Bones

What are you willing to do for the one you love?

For him, I’d chisel a blueprint onto my bones

So my anatomy can be that place which he can call home

A love like Juliet’s

My idol, my role model – Juliet

The heroine

of the story

Had a love little have known

So for me

It’d be a sin

To simply forget

To just give up

on my fairytale love

And end up alone

Without making sacrifices

of my own

Romeo and Juliet
Who does not know the story of these star-crossed lovers?
As a helpless romantic that I am, I love this story. Every bit of it. Even the tragic end 🙊🙉 With that being said, that doesn’t mean I dream of the tragic ending, but of everything that came before. These 2 were just too cute with the way they talked, the way they expressed their feelings for each other.❤ A commited relationship is strengthened by sacrifices. Doing things for the one you love, to keep them happy.
Relationships are made with commitment, and that takes sacrifice.

When I chose the pseudonym of Juliet, I made it my goal to write beautiful words, like the ones she pronounced. Hope I don’t let Shakespeare down 😉

Be with the One that Makes You Smile

Be with the one that makes seventeen muscles in your face sore

Not the one that makes the one in your chest tear

-Juliet Rivor © May 2017

I’ve seen it many times. Girls like being with the wrong guy. I’m a girl so, hey, I speak from experience. But I have also seen the beauty of being with someone that makes you smile. So ladies, if that special someone only breaks your heart, perhaps it’s time to take the emotions back and give that precious treasure to someone worthy of it 😉

No need for Words

Sometimes we look for awesome, extravagant ways to say “I love you” to the people that mean a lot to us, but sometimes we underestimate the power of simply showing it, a hug, a kiss, a simple gesture that says it all… Because

“I have come to realize

Love has no need for

lyrics or verses

Because more harmoniously

does a heart emote

than can a pen or throat”

-Juliet Rivor © May 2017

So stop overthinking, friends, and just take action. 😉
